Tom Sakoulas

Tom Sakoulas is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at Reinsurance Group of America, Incorporated, since September 2015. Prior to this role, Tom held positions including AVP of Human Resources at both Manulife and Standard Life, where Tom contributed to HR functions in the Canadian market. Additional experience includes serving as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at MAAX, Employee Relations Manager at Labatt Breweries of Canada, and Human Resources Director for Quebec and Atlantic at Coca-Cola Enterprises. Tom began their career as a Human Resources Advisor at Viasystems. Tom holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Labor and Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, obtained in 1997.
