Tom Dejonghe

Tom Dejonghe is the Chief Financial Officer and Global Director Control at RGF Staffing, overseeing the global group controlling of the company with $12bn in sales. With previous experience as the Director Corporate Control at USG People, Tom managed group controlling of operating companies in the EU and as Finance Director at Unique NV, Tom actively monitored financial and operational performance. Tom also has extensive audit experience from their time as a Senior Manager at PwC, specializing in IFRS, USGAAP, valuations, and M&A. Their educational background includes a Chartered Accountant degree from the IBR/IRE and degrees in Applied Economics, Belgian company law, and Fiscal Law.
