Roger Kimmel

Roger Kimmel is the vice chairman of Rothschild Inc., an investment banking firm. Previously, Mr. Kimmel was a partner of the law firm Latham & Watkins. He currently chairs the board at Endo Pharmaceuticals, and also serves as chairman of its nominating and governance committee, and is a member of its audit and transactions committees. Additionally, Mr. Kimmel is a director of PG&E Corporation and chairman of the board of trustees at the University of Virginia School of Law.

Mr. Kimmel received his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law and his BA from George Washington University.
