Kenneth Ballard Jr

Kenneth Ballard Jr is an experienced engineering technician and FAA-certified drone pilot currently serving as an Engineering Technician IV at RGNext since August 2022. Kenneth has a dual role as a FAA Part 107 Remote sUAS Pilot with Higher'ed Imaging since December 2017, specializing in aerial photography and videography for various applications. Previous roles include Radar Operator at ISYS Technologies, Operations Director in the Space Operations department at RGNext, and Operations Director for Space Surveillance at KRS - Kwajalein Range Services, LLC. Kenneth's early career comprised serving as a Project Supervisor at American Customer Care and as an Air Traffic Controller in the US Navy, managing control tower operations at multiple naval air stations.
