Brian Aratani

Brian Aratani, CPA has over 25 years of work experience in finance and accounting. Brian is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Rocky Mountain Industrials, Inc. Prior to this, Brian worked at RGP as the Director - Technical Accounting, where they were responsible for providing expertise and consulting on technical accounting issues. Brian also completed RGP's comprehensive ASC 606 Certification Program for Revenue Recognition. Brian has also worked as a Financial Reporting Consultant at Liberty Global plc, where they converted US GAAP financial statements to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) compliant statements.

Earlier in their career, Brian held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Clean Coal Solutions LLC, where they implemented a Shared Accounting Service Group and ensured compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Brian also served as the VP of Compliance Services at Rivet Software, where they oversaw SEC filing in XBRL format. Brian has held various other roles, including Partner at Deloitte & Touche and Director at Arrow Partnership.

Brian Aratani, CPA obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Accounting from Colorado State University, graduating in 1982. Brian also obtained a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification from AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) in July 1984.
