Channing Kilani

Channing Kilani (Kanyer) currently serves as Vice President, Market Leader for the Southwest at RGP, leading a skilled revenue team and managing an $84M business across multiple markets, including Greater Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Previously, Channing held various leadership roles within RGP, focusing on client development and business operations. Prior to RGP, experience at AT&T spanned multiple roles including Director of Sales Operations and Senior Marketing Manager, where Channing spearheaded operational excellence programs and developed strategic marketing insights. Early career experience includes serving as a Client Associate at Merrill Lynch, coordinating investment meetings for high-profile clients. Channing holds a BS in Economics from the University of Washington and an MBA with a focus on Human Resource Management from Seattle Pacific University.
