Geri Baldwin Gonzalez, MBA, CPA has extensive work experience in talent management and human resources. Geri Baldwin currently holds the position of Vice President, Head of Talent - Southeast Region and Mexico at RGP. In this role, they are responsible for sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent, as well as developing and executing talent acquisition plans, employee engagement, retention strategies, and compensation for consultants. Prior to this, Geri served as the Regional Vice President, Talent Management at RGP and held the position of Senior Director.

Before joining RGP, Geri worked at Deloitte where they held various roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Southeast Human Resources Leader, National Leader for Transition Assistance, National Leader for Internal Mobility, and Operations Leader & Career Coach. Geri Baldwin also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Norrell Corporation and an Audit Senior at EY.
