Justin Gill has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin started their career as a Business Consultant at New Millennium Inc., where they conducted GAP and SWOT analysis and led lead generation programs. After that, they worked as a Marketing Director at Compoint, where they oversaw marketing and channel activities. Justin then joined Millennium Consulting, where they held various roles including Resource Manager, Recruiting Manager, and Director of Resource & Client Engagement. During their time at Millennium Consulting, they managed global talent acquisition projects, improved recruitment processes, and developed new onboarding techniques. Currently, Justin is working at RGP as a Director of Client Development, Talent Management, and Talent Acquisition. In this role, they have been responsible for talent transformation, talent acquisition, and talent management in various regions.

Justin Gill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics in the years 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended East Greenwich High School from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in professional development, including a Certified Professional Services Recruiter (CPSR) from TechServe Alliance in May 2014. Justin has also completed several courses on LinkedIn, such as Delivering Employee Feedback, Getting Things Done, Performance-Based Hiring, and others.
