Kristen McClain

Kristen McClain is an experienced professional in talent management and operations, currently serving as a Talent Management Manager and Lead Consultant Operations Specialist at RGP since September 2017, alongside managing their own business, Thrive Colour, since June 2021. Previous roles include Operations Coordinator positions at both RGP and Tatum, a Randstad company, and a Sr. Executive Recruiting Specialist at Tenet Healthcare. Kristen began their career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Archon Group and held various positions within the Vivendi and Hidden Garden companies, including Payroll Coordinator and Office Manager. Kristen earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from St. Edward's University between 1994 and 1998.
