Marika Kavianpour

Marika Kavianpour is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client development and relationship management within the consulting and staffing industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Development at RGP since November 2020, Marika has a proven track record of helping clients solve complex problems and execute internal initiatives. Prior to RGP, Marika held the position of Vice President and Client Relationship Manager at SolomonEdwards Group, where expertise in providing on-demand consulting solutions was developed. Marika also served as Client Account Director at Experis/Manpower Group, contributing to Cisco's success as a Tier 1, Global Partner, and as Account Manager at Xoriant, where business development skills were honed. Earlier career experience includes a project management role at NetApp. Marika has completed Dale Carnegie Training and pursued education at Euro Academy in The Netherlands.
