Nidia Javier

Nidia Javier is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in payments operations, system analysis, and project management. Currently serving as a Payments Operations Lead at Resources Global Professionals since August 2012, Nidia has successfully on-boarded chargeback operations for an acquired Payments Processor. Prior to this role, Nidia worked as a consultant for Wells Fargo Bank, analyzing and implementing enhancements for their General Ledger system. With a substantial career at Visa, Nidia held various leadership positions, including Director of Clearing and Settlement, where significant improvements in payment transaction processing were achieved.
