Tj Dugay

TJ Dugay has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to present. They began their career as a Sourcing Associate at Manpower in 2010 before moving to Henkel as an HR Administrator in 2011. From 2012 to 2015, TJ worked as a Resourcing Consultant at ANZ, where they were responsible for coordinating recruitment efforts for International and Institutional Banking roles. Following this, they joined Alexander Mann Solutions in 2016 as a Lead Sourcing Specialist for BNP Paribas and Deutsche Bank. In 2017, TJ joined RGP as a Manager, Talent, and progressed to the roles of Senior Manager, Talent, Talent Director, and currently holds the position of Senior Director, Talent. RGP is a global consulting firm specializing in solving business problems across various areas.

TJ Dugay obtained a Bachelor's degree in Educational Psychology from De La Salle University, where they studied from 2006 to 2009.
