Kugan Baladevan

Kugan Baladevan is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Rhapsody since November 2018. Kugan previously held roles including Senior Team Leader and Product Owner at Orion Health, where Kugan established and led the Sustained Engineering Practice, significantly improving the KLAS ranking of the Rhapsody Integration Engine. Prior experience includes various technical and leadership positions at Kiwiplan, where Kugan led a successful Refresh Project and developed profitable core competencies in Machine Interfaces, among other achievements. Kugan's career also includes technical internships and supervisory roles, complemented by a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration and a First Class Honours degree in Software Engineering from the University of Auckland.
