Monica Jones

Monica Jones has over a decade of experience in client support and development management, currently serving as Development Manager and Client Support Manager at Rhapsody since January 2020. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at Corepoint Health from July 2013 to January 2020, including Client Support Manager, Support Team Lead, Client Support Engineer, Client Support Analyst, and Client Support Intern. Monica earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from The University of Texas at Austin between 2008 and 2012.
