Ren Chang Soo

Ren Chang Soo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in risk strategy, innovation, and design thinking. Currently serving as Head of Risk Strategy, Innovation & Culture at RHB Banking Group, Ren oversees initiatives in machine learning, risk culture, and climate action. As Teaching Lead at IDEO U, Ren facilitates courses focused on human-centered systems thinking and creative collaboration. Previous roles include Senior Manager at People Psyence®, Director at Genovasi Malaysia, and various positions in talent management at AmBank Group and OCBC Bank. Ren holds a Master of Science in Management Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has pursued executive education in service design and design thinking from prestigious institutions.
