Ryan Teoh Jun Fatt

Ryan Teoh was appointed as Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer on 1 November 2022.

He is responsible to lead the Group’s strategic planning and transformation activities, whilst increasing the proliferation and scale-up of digital, analytics, data-driven decision making, and innovation across the group

Ryan will drive the achievement of the Group’s multi-year strategy (TWP24) which includes the development of RHB’s Workforce of the Future, Next Generation Customer Experience, Intelligent Banking Services and in parallel, the establishment of the upcoming Digital Bank with Boost

Ryan joined the Group in November 2019 as Head of Group Strategy and was subsequently appointed as Acting Group Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer in June 2022. Across both roles, he has played an important role in driving the Group’s former FIT22 strategy and the development plus implementation of TWP24. Prior to joining RHB, has held various positions focusing on growth strategy, digital acceleration, business transformation, and operating model transformation for financial services.

Ryan holds a Master in Business Administration from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Science (1st Class Hons) in Computing from Staffordshire University, United Kingdom.
