Abraham Noel

Abraham Noel has worked in the Human Resources and Technology fields since 1999. Abraham began their career as an HRIS Specialist at First National Bank of Pennsylvania in 1999. In 2002, they moved to Concordia University - Saint Paul as an Associate Director of Human Resources. Abraham then joined Macalester College in 2006, where they held the roles of Manager, Enrollment Systems, Manager, HR Systems & Analysis, and HR Business Analyst. In 2020, they began working at RHB as a Senior Technology Consultant, Innovation and a Senior Integration Consultant.

Abraham Noel attended Concordia University-St. Paul from 2005 to 2007, where they earned an MA in Organizational Management with an HR Emphasis. Prior to that, they attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1993 to 1998, where they earned a BA in Psychology.
