Alfredo Escalante Lopez

Alfredo Escalante Lopez is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as the ESA SPICE WP Manager at RHEA Group since January 2021, focusing on archives and SPICE software development and operations. Previously, Alfredo has held roles at the European Space Agency as both an ESA SPICE Service Engineer and a trainee, along with a position at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid in the Cátedra UC3M SENER. Alfredo's earlier experience includes consulting at Altran and working in quality assurance at Airbus Group. Notably, Alfredo participated in Huawei Technologies' Seeds for the Future program. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degrees in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, along with a study period at Queensland University of Technology.
