Catherine Hageman

Catherine Hageman has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 25 years. Their most recent position was as the Human Resources Director at RHEA Group, where they started in June 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Global Human Resources Manager at the same company starting in September 2021. Before their time at RHEA Group, Catherine served as the HR Director at ICF Next from January 2019 to August 2021. Catherine has also worked at IGT, where they held various regional HR management roles, including Regional HR Manager Southern Europe & Monaco, Regional HR Manager EMEAII, Sr. Human Resources Manager Benelux, France, Switzerland & Morocco, and HR Manager Benelux, France, Switzerland. Catherine's career began in 1996 at Belgian Business Services, where they worked in the personnel department and was responsible for HR administration. Catherine later joined Planet Medica as a European HR Officer. Throughout their career, Catherine has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, leadership and talent development, succession planning, and HR administration.

Catherine Hageman completed their Master over Master of Human Resources Management and Organizational Design from Université libre de Bruxelles in 1996.
