Giuseppe Paladino

Giuseppe Paladino has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Giuseppe currently holds the position of Director of Strategy for Intergovernmental Organizations and Defence at RHEA Group, a role they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they served as the RHEA Group Director of Business Development and Partnership from April 2019 to June 2022.

In addition to their role at RHEA Group, Paladino also worked at the European Defence Agency as an Industry Representative at the EDA CapTech Cyber and CapTech Space starting from January 2021. Before that, they were the President of APULIA asbl - L'Associazione dei Pugliesi a Bruxelles, starting from February 2016.

Paladino has also worked at IBM as a Business Executive from April 2018 to April 2019, and at EUROCONTROL as a member of the Agency Advisory Board from June 2017 to April 2018. Giuseppe served as a Regional Sales Manager at Vitrociset from May 2014 to April 2018, and as an Industry Representative at the NATO Industry Advisory Group (NIAG) from March 2013 to February 2018.

Other roles in Paladino's work experience include a brief stint as a Senior Consultant at an unnamed company in 2014, and a position as a Member of the DG REGIO Competence Centre for smart and sustainable growth (Smart specialisation) at the European Commission from November 2013 to March 2014. Before transitioning to the private sector, Paladino worked as a Business Manager at Altran Belgium from September 2012 to September 2013.

Giuseppe Paladino obtained their Law degree from Sapienza Università di Roma, where they studied from 1995 to 2001.
