Frank Sloan has extensive experience in technical training and education within the HVAC/R industry. Currently serving as the National Technical Trainer at Rheem Manufacturing and as a Technical and Content Development Trainer at Eemax, Inc. (a Rheem Company) since August 2021, Frank Sloan has developed expertise in delivering high-quality training programs. Prior to these roles, Frank Sloan was the HVAC/R Educational Supervisor at Lincoln Educational Services from January 2010 to August 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing curriculum development and educational standards.
