Mindi Crozier

Mindi Crozier is an experienced ITSM Engineer at Rheem Manufacturing since January 2023, specializing in IT Service Management and executing program roadmaps while collaborating with global IT leadership. Previously, as Director of Service Management at Global Payments Inc. from March 2010 to August 2021, Mindi led large-scale transformation initiatives across the organization. Earlier career roles at Cox Communications included Manager of Operational Excellence and Manager of IT Service Management, where responsibilities encompassed ITIL Service Management processes and operational improvements.
