Stacey Gearhart

Stacey Gearhart has extensive experience in leadership roles within major manufacturing companies. Currently serving as Vice President & General Manager of Commercial Water and Pool at Rheem Manufacturing since November 2013, Stacey has led efforts to rebuild and drive significant growth in these business areas. Previous roles at Rheem include Vice President of Global Product Management and Marketing, where Stacey played a key role in transforming the company into a global organization, and Senior Director of Product Management, Marketing & Training, focused on developing high-performing teams. Prior to Rheem, Stacey worked at Whirlpool Corporation in various marketing and strategy positions, including Channel Marketing Leader at Lowe's and Senior Marketing Manager for Consumables. Earlier career experience includes engineering roles at General Motors. Stacey holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Marketing & General Management from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
