Miguel Dietmar Malzbender

Miguel Dietmar Malzbender has extensive work experience in compliance and legal roles. Miguel Dietmar currently serves as the Head of Compliance - Division Sensors & Actuators at Rheinmetall Group since February 2021. Prior to this, they held various positions within Rheinmetall, including Head of Compliance - Mechatronics Division, Head of Compliance, International Division, Compliance Officer, Air Defence & Radar Systems, and Head of Compliance, Electronic Solutions Division.

Before joining Rheinmetall, Malzbender worked at deugro as the Chief Compliance Officer for the group, responsible for ensuring compliance and corporate social responsibility across multiple countries. Miguel Dietmar also served as the Legal Counsel and Legal & Accounting Coordinator, managing contracts and providing legal consultation support.

Earlier in their career, Malzbender gained experience at General Electric (GE) as a Legal Specialist and Legal Consultant, managing contracts and compliance projects. Miguel Dietmar also worked as a Trainee Solicitor at the Federal State of Hesse, Germany.

Malzbender's career began as a Networking Technician/IT-Support at Goethe University Frankfurt/Main. Prior to that, they served as a Manager at Mitomundo Internet GbR.

Miguel Dietmar Malzbender pursued their education in law at Goethe University Frankfurt from 1997 to 2004. During this period, they focused on studying commercial and corporate law.
