Paul Kruchko has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul began their career in the military, serving as an Infantryman, Stryker Vehicle Commander, and Fire-Team Leader in the US Army. After their military service, they worked as a Human Resources and Operations NCO in the Michigan Army National Guard. Paul then transitioned to the private sector, working as an Electrical Engineering Technician at DCS Corp, where they supported the design and integration of communication systems for armored vehicles. Paul also worked as a Robot Repair Technician at Qualis Corporation and as a Test Engineer at P3 Group, where they specialized in automotive telematics systems and software. Moving forward, they joined Continental as a Quality Engineer, where they played a crucial role in resolving warranty returns and conducting quality investigations. Paul then joined the U.S. Army DEVCOM Ground Vehicle Systems Center as a Software Engineer and later as a Software Controls Engineer, focusing on the development and testing of military ground combat vehicle software and powertrain controls software. Most recently, they worked at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as a Technical Manager Software and Controls, leading interdisciplinary project teams in solving engineering problems and mentoring fellow engineers. Presently, Paul serves as a Lead Software Engineer at Rheinmetall.

Paul Kruchko's education history begins in 2007 when they attended ITT Technical Institute-Swartz Creek and obtained an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology. Paul then went on to attend Mott Community College in 2009, where they received a Certificate in Industrial Robotics Programming and Simulation. In the same year, they also obtained the ABB S-4 Robot Programming certification from LEONI Factory Automation.

Continuing their education, Paul enrolled at Oakland University in 2010 and graduated in 2014 with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering. Building on their knowledge, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Michigan-Dearborn from 2017 to 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Paul has obtained various certifications. In 2009, they received the ABB S-4 Robot Programming certification from LEONI Factory Automation. Later, in 2016, they acquired the Level III Systems Engineering certification from the Defense Acquisition University.
