Rainer Swillus

Rainer Swillus is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of IT Transformation at Rheinmetall since June 2024, Rainer has previously held significant positions at Fresenius Digital Technology, including Vice President of Cloud & Hosting and Vice President of Global Infrastructure as a Service from December 2021 to July 2024. Prior to this, Rainer was General Manager of IT at MISUMI Europa GmbH and held multiple leadership roles at DB Schenker, including Head of IT Infrastructure for Western and Eastern Europe and Senior Vice President of IT Operations. Rainer's career began in software development and project management at Siemens, where notable roles included Senior Project Manager and Senior Consultant, and further experience was gained as Head of Software Development at WM Group.
