Natalja Kreysel

Natalja Kreysel is an experienced leader in business IT projects, currently serving as the Leiterin Business IT Projects at rhenag Rheinische Energie AG since September 2019, focusing on agile leadership and IT strategy and digitalization. Prior to this role, Natalja held the position of IT Program Manager at Deutsche Post AG, managing corporate real estate and finance operations, as well as serving as a Release Manager for e-Postbrief, where the transition to SCRUM methodology was successfully implemented. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Lead Consultant at CGI during a significant banking merger, as well as project management roles at corporate quality consulting GmbH and Dr. Schönheit + Partner. Natalja began the career as a student trainee at SQS Software Quality Systems AG and TelesensKSCL AG, and holds a Diploma in Economic Informatics from the University of Cologne.
