Brock Wiegand

Brock Wiegand, SHRM-CP, serves as an Advisory Board Member for the College of Engineering at Illinois State University and has been the Human Resources Manager at Rheo Engineering since June 2021. Previously, Brock held various roles at Rogo, including Customer Success Manager and Operations Support Manager, overseeing data flow, onboarding, hiring, training program design, and the Operations Support team. Other experience includes positions at 1st Source Bank, Apostolic Christian HarvestCall, and House of Life and Hope, where responsibilities ranged from client services and outreach management to caregiving and social media management. Brock holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude from Illinois State University, and an Associate of Arts from Heartland Community College.
