Mitesh Shah

Mitesh Shah has extensive experience in the engineering and marketing fields. Mitesh started their career in 1995 as a Product Development Engineer at LyondellBasell, where they worked until 2003. Mitesh then served as a Senior Marketing Engineer for four years before being promoted to Product Manager. From 2008 to 2011, Mitesh worked as a Technical Manager at LyondellBasell, overseeing global sales and leading various departments. In 2011, they joined BASF as a Technical Services Manager and later became a Marketing Segment Manager. Mitesh'smost recent role was at Rhetech Inc., where they held the position of Director of Engineering for five years before being promoted to Vice President of Product Engineering in July 2021.

Mitesh Shah obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, during the period of 1986 to 1990. After that, from 1992 to 1995, Shah pursued a Master of Science degree in Polymer Science & Engineering at The University of Toledo. Later on, they attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where they earned an MBA degree in General Management from 1999 to 2003.
