Aïda Mansour has a diverse work experience that spans different industries and roles. Starting in 2015, they worked as a Data Analyst - Data Entry during an internship at Banque de l'Habitat du Sénégal S.A. Aïda Mansour was responsible for loading and verifying information in the database, as well as organizing and interpreting the data for reports.

In 2016, Aïda joined Yelenah as a Communication Assistant, where they worked on various activities in event management. Aïda Mansour participated in the organization and realization of team buildings, summits/conferences, and gifts for professionals. Aïda Mansour also contributed to the redesign of the agency's homepage and automation of key processes.

In 2017, Aïda briefly worked as an IT Consultant at QuinTsens, where they provided consultancy services.

From 2018 to 2020, Aïda worked at YUX Design, first as a Digital Project Manager and then as a UX Manager/Project Manager. In these roles, they represented client needs to designers and developers and facilitated communication between the team and the client. Aïda Mansour gained experience in Agile methodology, customer relations, planning, and team management.

In 2021, Aïda became a People Manager at YUX Design, focusing on creating an optimal work environment and implementing a professional development training plan for employees.

In 2020, Aïda also joined Tagalou Headwraps as a Partner & Creative Director. Their main responsibilities included developing and carrying the brand's vision, highlighting its mission through various digital content, events, and collaborations. This role allowed their to enhance their skills in communication strategy and planning and gain insights into running a company.

Most recently, in 2022, Aïda joined Rhetorik as a Project Manager, where they are currently working.

Aïda Mansour LO completed their education in a chronological manner. Aïda Mansour began their academic journey in 2011 at the University of Gaston-Berger at Saint-Louis, Senegal, where they pursued a 2-year degree in Applied Mathematics and Social Sciences. During this period, their field of study included Math, Computer Science, Management, and Social Science. Aïda Mansour later continued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master's Degree in Business Informatics from 2013 to 2015. Their focus of study during this time was Computer Science and Management.

In addition to their formal education, Aïda Mansour LO acquired additional certifications. In March 2019, they received a certification in Scrum/Agile from Oo2. Furthermore, in September 2021, they obtained a certification in Standard First Aid, CPR, and AED from the Canadian Red Cross.
