Barbara Reiner-Karabulut

Barbara Reiner-Karabulut has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Head of People & Culture Europe Central & East at RHI Magnesita since October 2018. In this role, Barbara is responsible for P&C operations across multiple countries, including Austria and Turkey, and leads a team of 20 employees. Prior positions at RHI Magnesita include Head of People & Culture Southern Europe & Processes and Regional Human Resources Business Partner for both EOC & Turkey and MEA & Turkey, overseeing HR functions for various countries and managing teams of up to 13 employees. Previous experience includes managing HR and business development at AVS Global Ship Supply, co-founding delicee by barbara, heading training and leadership development at Banco Santander, and working as a Human Resources Business Partner at GE Capital. Barbara holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Universität Klagenfurt.
