Constantin Beelitz

Constantin Beelitz currently serves as President for Europe, CIS, and Turkey at RHI Magnesita, overseeing a 1 billion EUR business with full P&L responsibility and a workforce of over 4,000. Previous roles at RHI Magnesita include SVP Steel Europe, with management of a business unit generating more than 500 million EUR in sales, and various senior leadership positions focused on commercial strategy, execution, and operational efficiency across global markets. Before joining RHI Magnesita, Constantin Beelitz held significant roles at RHI AG, McKinsey & Company, and L.E.K. Consulting, where expertise included strategy development and project management in the industrial products sector. Educational background includes an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's in Engineering and Business Finance from UCL.
