Jess Beavers

Jess Beavers is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the distribution industry and a recent transition into the manufacturing sector as the Continuous Improvement Manager at RHI Magnesita, starting in September 2024. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Clarks where roles ranged from Systems Super User to Director of Lean Operations, emphasizing continuous improvement and operational efficiency. Jess is currently pursuing a Six Sigma Yellow Belt at Reading Area Community College, following studies in Business Administration and Management at York College of Pennsylvania.
