Renan Carvalho

Renan Carvalho serves as the Head of Global Payroll Operations at RHI Magnesita, where responsibilities include leading efficient and compliant global payroll operations while managing international teams. Prior roles at RHI Magnesita involved being a GSS Business Partner for Europe and CIS, overseeing HR-BP functions, and leading a temporary assignment as Global HRBP for Legal and R&D. Earlier experience includes HR Manager roles with a focus on talent acquisition and support for various corporate areas, as well as significant contributions in compensation and labor cost management. Prior to RHI Magnesita, Renan held positions as R&D Director at ABRH-MG and as a Human Resources consultant at New Format RH. Educational achievements include a Post Graduation in Marketing Management and a degree in Psychology from PUC Minas.
