Elke Nelson-Nichols

Elke Nelson-Nichols currently serves as Vice President of Life Sciences at Rhino Federated Computing since March 2025. Prior to this, Elke held the position of Global Key Account Director for Enterprise Life Science Partnerships at Tempus AI, where leadership was provided in enterprise commercial strategy and business development for major pharmaceutical partnerships. Additional roles at Tempus included Senior Director and Director focusing on Life Science Strategy and Program Management, respectively. Before Tempus, Elke worked at ECRI from June 2014 to March 2021 as Director of Strategic Initiatives, collaborating with executive leadership to advance evidence-based healthcare. Earlier experience includes founding ESNFit LLC, where customized meal plans and nutrition guidance were provided, and contributing to nutrition-related content for Active Interest Media. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA in Strategic Leadership from the Penn State Smeal MBA Program and Executive Education in Leading Digital Transformation in Healthcare from Harvard Medical School.
