Madhusudan Ranganathan is an experienced strategic sourcing professional currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager at Rhino-Rack since January 2023, leading procurement teams and enhancing supplier relationships to optimize business value and ensure supply chain agility. Prior to this role, Madhusudan worked as a Senior Buyer at Ford Motor Company from April 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing interior commodity purchases and developing sourcing strategies. Madhusudan also held the position of Manager in the Parts Purchase Division at Toyota Kirloskar Motor for nearly nine years, facilitating negotiations and maintaining supplier relationships. Earlier career experience includes a role as Engineer in Materials at Automotive Axle Limited. Madhusudan holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vidya Vardhaka College of Engineering.
