Tom Andrews is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for the Americas at Rhino-Rack since June 2025, Tom develops and implements distribution and go-to-market strategies for the Clarus Adventure brands. Prior to this, Tom held positions as the Director of Business Development at Gold Eagle Company, where responsibilities included identifying profitable opportunities and executing comprehensive market strategies. Tom also founded Executive Sales Solutions to assist businesses in need of executive leadership without a full-time commitment. Previous roles include Vice President of Sports Optics at ZEISS Group, National Accounts Sales Manager at Thule Group, National Sales Manager at CamelBak, and Director of Sales at Yakima Products, achieving notable growth and operational efficiency throughout a diverse career. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Bryant University.
