Julienne Fleury has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Julienne is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Rhino, where they oversee HR, talent strategy, recruiting, learning & development, compensation planning, diversity & inclusion, and performance management. Julienne is also a member of the executive leadership team. Julienne is a Founding Member of the company Chief, and an Advisor at High Slope. Julienne previously worked at Kering as the Director of Talent, Diversity and Inclusion - Americas. Before that, they held positions at Wunderkind (formerly BounceX) as the VP of Talent & Diversity and as the Director of People and Talent. Julienne also worked at Bonobos as the General Manager of NYC and as a Founding Guideshop Manager. Julienne began their career at Ogilvy as an Assistant AE in the Technology Practice and later worked as a Marketing Consultant at LivingSocial. Julienne also served as the People Operations Manager at Consolidated Green Services and as a Fulbright Scholar, teaching English as a second language in South Korea.

Julienne Fleury completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Politics and Chinese Language from Penn State University from 2002 to 2006. During the same period, they also attended the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State. Later, they participated in a visiting scholar program at New York University, where they focused on International Relations. The start and end dates for their program at New York University are not provided.
