Timothy Gurba has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various executive roles. Timothy is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Rhino, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ibotta, Inc. for four years, where they held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting from December 2020 to May 2022, and Vice President of Finance, FP&A from September 2018 to December 2020.

Before joining Ibotta, Inc., Timothy worked at Accenture for over 17 years, holding various managerial and leadership positions. Notable roles include serving as the Global Post Merger Integration and Separation Senior Manager from December 2014 to September 2018, where they led a specialized team in managing corporate acquisitions and divestitures. Timothy also served as the Corporate Finance Australia & New Zealand Geographical Lead from September 2011 to November 2014, overseeing complex transactions in the region and managing a team of 20 business advisors.

Timothy's international experience also includes a role as the Corporate Finance Manager in Beijing, China, where they helped grow Accenture's Greater China corporate finance workforce and facilitated sales growth. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Finance Specialist, providing support to client pursuits through financial analysis and decision-making. Timothy began their career at Accenture as a Strategy Analyst.

Timothy Gurba completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, majoring in Chinese, from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2004. Timothy simultaneously earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a focus on Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business during the same period. Later on, in 2017, Timothy pursued further studies and earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
