Rafał Lemieszewski

Rafał Lemieszewski has a diverse range of work experience in the design field. Rafał is currently working at Rho as the Lead Product Designer since July 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at neptune.ai as a Senior Product Designer from January 2022 to June 2023.

From September 2013 to December 2021, Rafał held the position of Head of Design at Piwik PRO, where they led the design of the Piwik PRO Analytics Suite platform and Piwik PRO Design System. Rafał also recruited, built, and managed the Product Design team and Brand Design team and coordinated the development of Piwik PRO Design System.

Before Piwik PRO, Rafał worked at Clearcode from September 2012 to June 2021, initially as the Head of Design Team. Rafał was responsible for recruiting, building, and managing the design team, handling both UI/UX client projects and branding and marketing efforts. During their tenure, Rafał successfully created a recognizable brand in the AdTech and MarTech industry and worked with numerous renowned brands.

At Microsoft Wroclaw Development Center, Rafał served as a Vendor User Experience Designer from November 2009 to March 2012. Rafał designed features for the Shopping vertical of the Bing Search Platform and also developed an iPhone App and mobile version of Ciao!, a comparison platform acquired by Microsoft.

Rafał's earlier work experience includes roles as Head of Design at Internet Works S.A. from January to October 2009, Designer at Internet Designers from September 2007 to December 2008, and Designer at SMT Software from February 2006 to August 2007.

Rafał Lemieszewski obtained their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Science from the Wroclaw University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 2005 to 2010.
