Bryana Kramer

Bryana Kramer is an experienced professional with a history of success in customer experience and operations management. Bryana began their career in 2014 as a Sales Associate and Brand Ambassador at Under Armour. In 2016, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for visual merchandising and executing floor sets. In 2018, they moved to Old Navy, where they served as Assistant Manager of Customer Operations, Acting Product and Marketing Specialist, and Department Manager. Most recently, in 2019, they began working at Rhoback as the Customer Experience Manager.

Bryana Kramer completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University in 2017. Bryana then went on to pursue a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, which they completed in 2020.
