Caroline Outlaw

Caroline Outlaw began their career in 2017 as a Hostess at Smoked Kitchen and Tap. In 2018, they moved on to become a Sales Associate at Rack Room Shoes. In 2019, they joined Rhoback as a Customer Experience Representative & Marketing Specialist, where they were responsible for the Zendesk live chat feature on the website and creating weekly marketing reports highlighting the company's budget performance.

Caroline Outlaw has a Bachelor of Science in Communication, General from James Madison University, which they earned from 2016 to 2020. Caroline also attended Western Albemarle High School from 2012 to 2016. In addition, Caroline has obtained four certifications from LinkedIn in 2021: Excel 2016: Data Validation in Depth, Excel Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365), Excel: PivotTables for Beginners, and PowerPoint Essential Training (Office 365/Microsoft 365) (2018).
