Langfield has extensive experience in the legal field, starting as an Associate Attorney at Schonland & Associates, P.C., and later becoming a Senior Associate Attorney at Cohen Cleary, P.C. Currently, Langfield holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Rhode Island Airport Corporation. Langfield holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Bridgewater State University.
