Willie Carter C.m.

Willie Carter C.M. began their work experience as a Customer Service Representative at Meridian Aviation Inc in 2014. They then moved on to the Federal Aviation Administration in 2015 as an Air Traffic Control Specialist Trainee. In 2016, Willie worked as an Airport Operations Specialist at Columbia Metropolitan Airport. They transitioned to the role of Airport Operations Supervisor at Shreveport Regional Airport in 2020. In 2021, Willie took on the roles of Facilities, Operations, & Maintenance Manager and Interim Executive Airport Director at Montgomery Regional Airport. Currently, in 2023, Willie is serving as the Director of Airport Operations at Rhode Island Airport Corporation.

Willie Carter C.M. completed a Bachelor of Science in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at Hampton University from 2010 to 2014. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations at Lynn University from 2014 to 2020. In 2018, they obtained the Certified Member (CM) certification from AAAE, followed by the Airport Security Coordinator Certification (ASC) in 2020.
