Mike Melo is a customer service associate at Rhode Island Energy since June 2024, previously serving as a public adjuster at Performance Adjusting from November 2023 to January 2024. Prior to these roles, Mike spent six years at GrowthLab Finance-as-a-Service, starting as a marketing operations intern and progressing to roles including marketing analyst, operations manager, and customer success manager, specializing in financial planning and support for startups and growth companies. Mike's career began at Stop & Shop, where a variety of roles were held from October 2015 to February 2018. An alumnus of Rhode Island College, Mike earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in May 2019.
