Sean Kennedy

Sean Kennedy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Sean started their career at Harvard Business School Publishing as a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager, where they played a key role in building the Corporate Learning function and implementing leadership development programs. Sean then joined Brandon Hall Group as the Director of Corporate Partnerships before moving on to the Cambridge Leadership Group. At Cambridge Leadership Group, Sean held three roles: Vice President, SVP Learning Strategy, and Head of Learning and Content. During their time there, they transformed traditional workshops into virtual curricula, created new leadership models, and developed collaborative offerings. Sean is currently working as the Director of Expanded Education at the Rhode Island School of Design, leading a new initiative to serve corporate and executive audiences. Overall, Sean has extensive experience in program development, strategic partnerships, and organizational leadership.

Sean Kennedy attended Carleton College where they earned a BA in German Literature. Before college, they attended Boston College High School.
