Isabella Nadeau is a dedicated policy advocate and leader, serving as an Appointee for Governor Daniel J. McKee’s Young Adults Advisory Council since October 2023. As the Founder and CEO of Let's Get Real About Athlete Mental Health, a non-profit organization established in April 2021, Isabella focuses on promoting mental health awareness among student-athletes across over 120 institutions. Isabella's experience also includes roles as a Policy Fellow for Senator Liz Miranda, where responsibilities encompassed legislative analysis and policy support, and internships with the City of Boston’s Office of Returning Citizens and GLSEN, focusing on equitable education for marginalized communities. With a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from UMass Boston and currently pursuing a Master of Public Affairs at Brown University, Isabella's academic background complements a robust commitment to social justice and community engagement.
