Karine Herschman

Karine Herschman has a diverse work experience in the beauty industry. Karine currently holds the role of Vice President, Product and Innovation at Rhode Skin, starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they founded KYH Beauty Consulting in June 2021, where they provided product development and marketing consulting services until February 2023.

From 2011 to 2020, Karine worked at NARS Cosmetics in various roles, including Director of Marketing and Product Development from March 2017 to December 2020, Senior Manager from July 2015 to March 2017, and Manager from June 2011 to June 2015.

Before joining NARS, Karine worked at Revlon as an Assistant Product Development Manager from April 2008 to June 2011. Karine also gained experience at CHANEL as a Marketing Manager from September 2005 to August 2007.

Karine's earlier career includes a role as a Training Assistant at Coty from March 2005 to August 2005 and as an R&D formulator for Skincare at CHRISTIAN DIOR from September 2002 to August 2004.

Karine Herschman began their education in 1999 at the Medical School of Paris XII. From 2001 to 2002, they attended Pierre and Marie Curie University, earning a Diploma of Higher Education in Biology and Chemistry. Karine then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree majoring in Chemistry and Cosmetics with a minor in Marketing and Communication at ISIPCA (Superior Institute for Perfumes, Cosmetics, and Flavors) from 2002 to 2004. Continuing their studies, they completed a Master's Degree in Market Research and Marketing Management at NEOMA Business School from 2005 to 2006.
