Neda Levy

Neda’s practice at Rhodes focuses on C-suite and senior-level executive search and recruiting, succession planning, organizational consulting, and strategic coaching. With a background in real estate sales, law and administration, she brings a unique combination of transactional, leadership, and operations experience that has helped organizations grow profitably.

Before joining Rhodes, Neda worked for 17 years in residential and commercial sales. She also served as a General Counsel with Tahl Propp Equities and as Chief Administrative Officer with Douglaston Development. “I think my experience in sales and administration, and as an attorney, bring value to clients,” Neda says. “I use this broad experience to develop a deep understanding of the different roles and cultures of each organization.”

A firm believer in mentorship and “paying it forward,” Neda is the current Co-Chair of the Programming Committee for the Urban Land Institute-New York District Council and an official ULI mentor. She is also a member of Women in Affordable Housing, the Association of Corporate Counsel, and the New York City Bar Association.

Neda is a frequent speaker at industry events on such subjects as building strong teams, coaching, career advancement, and the state of the market, including featured roles at NYREJ’s annual Women In Real Estate-Professional Services event and Women in Real Estate and Construction Services. Neda earned her law degree cum laude from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law after graduating from the University of Rochester with a BA in Political Science.
