Lauren Norquist

Lauren Norquist has a diverse work experience beginning from 2017 when they had an internship with Sentara Healthcare. Lauren later worked with Commune NFK as a server and then as a POA registrar for Sentara Healthcare. In 2019, they took up the role of President for the ODU Business Analytics Club and then worked as an Operations Analyst for BAUER COMPRESSORS INC. until September 2020. From September 2020 to December 2021, they were a Data Management Specialist for the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC). In 2021, they joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Data Scientist, Senior Consultant, and later assumed the role of Lead Data Scientist until June 2023. Lauren currently works as a Data Scientist for Rhombus Power Inc.

Lauren Norquist earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Analytics and Management, from Old Dominion University in the period between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they received two certifications, one in Introduction to Big Data with PySpark Course from Codecademy in December of 2022, and the other one in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in February of 2022.
